Will my item look exactly like it does on my screen?
Most of our items are handmade, which can cause slight variations in color, size and shape. We stand by all of our items. If you are unhappy for any reason please call us! We're always ready to help you find the perfect item.

What is your return policy?
We'll allow you to exchange or refund all items, except for jewelry, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as you have your receipt! All returns must be in original condition. JEWELRY must be returned within two weeks from date of purchase. We may make exceptions in regards to gifts. Please call for details.

I lost my receipt! What should I do?
As long as the item is in original condition, you may return it for a store credit that can be used at either Craft Gallery or Craft Gallery Annex.

If my item arrives broken what should I do?
Retain the packaging, including the shipping box and call us as soon as possible. We'll be happy to discuss your options and get a new item out to you immediately.

When will my order ship?

We ship most orders in 1-4 business days. The shipping cut off time for the day is 12 pm Pacific Standard time. On occasion, there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the time frame stated above.

Standard Shipping: Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day they are ordered.

Expedited Shipping: We offer 3-Day shipping. If you need an item shipped 2-day or Next-Day air please call us at 1-800-331-4467 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-800-331-4467 end_of_the_skype_highlighting. Please note that expedited shipping expedites the time in transit, not that time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment

Hawaii and Alaska: We offer Second-Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii.

PO Box Shipping: We prefer not to ship to PO boxes because UPS only ships to physical addresses. If a PO Box is all you have, we will ship your order via insured USPS. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will contact you to provide a physical shipping address.

APO/FPO Shipping: Most items can be shipped to APO/FPO destinations. Items are usually delivered to the US military post office within 5-10 business days after they ship.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping, including Canada, Puerto Rico, and any destination outside the United States. Please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
