Elegantly and beautifully crafted from the finest Cherry, these large jewelry boxes are a sparkling example of artist Michael Fisher's creativity and workmanship. From the top of each box, which is embellished with Quilted Maple and inset with colorful hand-crafted inlays, to the felt-foot bottom which is signed and dated by the artist, each is truly a work of art. Sapphire (dark blue) interior. Pictured her is the two drawer style which measures 12 inches by 9 inches by 6.5 inches deep. There are no stains or dyes involved in the making of these boxes; only beautiful natural hardwoods. Cherry wood varies in color from a light golden to a warm brown. Each piece is signed on the bottom and engraved with the names of the woods used. Please note that for every tree used, Heartwood Designs has planted a minimum of five young trees to replace it.
