I bought a bunch of these for our coffee corner in the house to acknowledge friends.
They loved them.  They were such a good buy I paid cash for the lot and the Craft Gallery carefully packed them for my trip back North.  Now that we are moving out of state, we have been giving them to friends as going away gifts....a wonderful way to acknowledge how people contributed to our lives in California.  The mugs have stood up very very well over 4 years time, including dishwashering.  The names did not fade, and no one of the mugs chipped.  So I;d say they are a spectacular value, as gifts.
